Refunds Policy

All orders can be cancelled before shipment. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel your order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process begins, it can no longer be cancelled.


Your satisfaction is our top priority. So if you want a refund, you can request a refund regardless of the reason.

If you do not receive the product within the guaranteed time (14 days does not include 2-5 days of processing), you can request a refund or reshipment. If you receive the wrong item, you can request a refund or reship. If you do not want to receive the product, you may request a refund, but you must return the product and the product must be unused.

Your order has not arrived because of your control factor (ie providing the wrong shipping address)

Due to special circumstances that CCGMALL cannot control (ie, customs did not clean up, due to natural disasters), your order could not be reached.

Other special cases that CCGMALL cannot control

You can submit a refund request within 7 days of the expiration of the warranty period (14 days). You can do this by sending a message on the Contact Us page.

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed and the credit card will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.


If you want to change your product for any reason, you may have changed to a different size. You must first contact us and we will guide you through these steps.

Do not return your purchase to us unless we authorize you to do so.
